PEOPLE

Bridges are our passion.  Building them without injury is our priority.
OSBC was incorporated in January 2008, by founders and owners Craig Gries and Rick Silbernagel, who worked closely together for 15 years at a local, well-respected construction company; Craig, as a Lead Estimator and Project Manager, and Rick as the Field Operations Manager.  Upon receiving notice that their employer was retiring, Craig and Rick chose to start a new company – carrying forward their passion with integrity.  Today, they are intimately involved in every project by supporting the company's highly skilled, family of employees.
